Meet Andrea Moro, a 25 year old Vegan Italian Chef.
Andrea is the Founder of PickyWops, moderen italian pizza, located in London.
Vegan easy Banana Bread:
Mix all together:
2 teaspoons of flax seeds
250g of plain flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
2 ripe bananas
100ml brown sugar
80ml almond milk
a pinch of nutmeg.
On top of this mixture dough that we have created just put 1 banana, some sprinkled walnuts and cinnamon.
Let everything well mixed relax 10 minutes in a baking tray
Pre heat the oven and put the tray in the oven. Check 15 minutes with a fork or until it is ready. When the dough doesn’t stick on the fork it is ready .
